Day 1: Arrival and Kampala city Tour

After arriving at the Entebbe International Airport, you will meet our professional driver guide.
He or she will brief you about your 8 days Uganda magical safari or tour. You will embark on the drive around the city.
The Kampala city tour will take you to amazing places like Bahai temple, Buganda kingdom palace, Kasubi tombs, Uganda museum, to mention but a few. You will have lunch at any hotel within Kampala city. In the evenning, check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale National Park
After a morning meal, check out of the lodge and start your journey to Kibale National Park. Kibale National Park is also known as the Primate capital of the world since it is home to many chimpanzees and monkeys. Lunch will be along the way. After arrival, you will check-in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi wetland tour

This is one of the best days on your 8 days Uganda magical safari. The day starts with a lip-smirking breakfast followed by a transfer to the park headquarters for briefing. After the briefing, you will be led by a professional guide into the forests of Kibale in search of these magical apes. Upon meeting them, you will spend one hour in their presence. Return to your lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, you will go for a nature walk in the Bigodi area. The walk will introduce you to many bird species that stay in the Bigodi wetland area. Enjoy exceptional community tours before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Explore the crater lakes and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, you will check out of your lodge for dinner and embark on the drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
You will hike to the top of the world and visit Amabere Ga’nyinamwiru caves. Have lunch and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park – the Medley of Wonders. Upon arrival, check in to your booked lodge for dinner and spend the night over.

Day 5: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise

The day belongs to the beauty of Queen Elizabeth National Park! After breakfast, you will go on a guided game drive and explore the Kasenyi sector. The area is frequented by elephants and buffaloes. You will get up close with other animals like antelopes, waterbucks, bush pigs, warthogs, baboons, etc. Return to your lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, you will take on a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel – a waterbody that connects Lake Edward to Lake George. You will meet many crocodiles as well as hippos. The area is also a nice birding spot. Return to your lodge and spend the night over.

Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Ishasha

After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and take on a game drive in the Ishasha sector. after meeting the tree-climbing lions of the park, you will have an en route lunch and continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The park is home to the critically endangered mountain gorillas. these species can only be found in Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Day 7: Mountain gorilla trekking and Batwa community tour

This is the day that you have been waiting for on your 8 days Uganda magical safari.
The day belongs to the critically endangered mountain gorillas. Upon finishing breakfast, you will transfer to the park headquarters for briefing. You will be guided into the impenetrable forests of Bwindi in search of mountain gorillas. after meeting the gorillas, trekkers are given one hour to spend in the presence of the gorillas. Return to your lodge for lunch and cooling down.
In the afternoon, you will visit the neighboring Batwa communities for an ultimate experience. return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Transfer to Kampala – Departure
Start your day with a relaxed breakfast. Check out of the lodge and transfer to Kampala. You will have lunch along the way. At the Uganda equator, you step into the two hemispheres of the earth at the same time. the driver will drop you off at a hotel of your choosing in Kampala or Entebbe international Airport for your outbound flight as you may advise.
